He was asleep at the wheel when the cops approached his vehicle which thankfully he had pulled over to the side of the road I believe
Tiger Woods and this came from him had taken some prescription medications and didn't realize the combination would do that to him

Race has nothing to do with it. Not for anything, but he's admitted to taking several prescription drugs, which would qualify as being under the influence. Alcohol is but one component of that. Drowsy driving is also against the law.
