It has gone now. i turned of my wifi on my laptop shut it down and turned it back on. and i was able to get back into things as normal. I was just about to print the info it gave and the number was on that, but then it was gone. ? I would never ring a number, that is why i came on here to ask about this, i don't know much about computers. but i knew that mac don't get this kind of thing. But thank you for your answer.

The notification is a virus. Restart your computer and then look at all your files, make sure there is nothing suspicious or malware-ish in there. If you can't restart, hold down the power button. Once you turn it back on, turn your internet off so that nothing else can infect your computer and look through your files again. If you can't find anything but your computer is acting up, I don't know how to help you further. Sorry :( But I hoped this helped!
