Okay, so I guess America needs a full instructional on Critical-Thinking.
Why wouldn't they be allowed to joke about it, or talk about it?
Wouldn't you rather know who a person is, than live in this fake-etiquette where people lie to your face?
Why did the joke hurt your feelings?
Is there something you need to address?
Keep asking questions, it helps you understand the World, and it'll make it seem less like a 'big mean World'.
