Atheists: If life can come from molecules and that live can adopt to that environment, why hasn't most planets and moons have detectable liv?
Live. Why hasn't live evolved in the moon.

I have no idea how common life is,
across the universe.
But I think it would be good
to check as many nearby places as we can,
to get a better idea about what the facts are.
Facts matter to me.

Another confused religious person.
An atheist is merely someone who does not believe in religion or the existence of a magic invisible god, pixies, unicorns etc.
What makes you think that not wanting to go to church would magically transform someone into a scientist?
A scientist has studied science for many many years and often obtained advanced degrees in his or her chosen field. Not believing in your specific religion does not suddenly make someone a scientist.
As for your question, we can 'see' a tiny fraction of a massive universe. Some of it is so far away we are 'seeing' light that travelled here from millions of years ago.
But to put it in perspective, imagine you were in your home right now. You look out of the window and say, "I cannot see any tigers from here. Therefore tigers do not exist."
I suspect that no tiger has ever walked down your street, wandered into your living room, eaten your dog.
Just because you can't see any tigers from your bedroom, doesn't mean that they don't exist.
If a planet a thousand light years from here (which is practically in our back yard in space terms) has some microbes growing on it, how would we ever know?
Also the odds of live forming and evolving is incredibly small. You need the right balance of chemicals and biology to be in the right place at the right time. Maybe we are alone in the universe, maybe there are many other species that we have yet to discover.
But an atheist has no special insight into life on distance planets than you do. But simply because an atheist can't answer that question doesn't mean that it proves that a magical invisible man in the sky created everything. If Criss Angel performs a magic trick I cannot explain, it doesn't mean he's actually magic.

Life can form and adapt to its environment WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITATINS. I mean, people can live in different environments, but we cannot live at the South Pole.

Maybe they do - we've only been to a handful of planets/moons in our immediate solar system (and only then with probes - other than our own moon).

Because a planet has to exist within the Goldilocks zone (perfect distance from a star) to be able to harbor life. There are many planets that exist within the Goldilocks zone, but Earth is the only one in our Galaxy. There are an estimated 40 billion planets within the Goldilocks zone. Furthermore, life requires a few additional properties such as an ozone and liquid water. The moon has neither of these.

Don't understand science? ASK THE ATHEISTS IN THE RELIGION SECTION!
