I get UTIs AT LEAST once a month on average. Why???
I always get utis and I know it s not from intercourse. I stay clean, even use wipes, yet I still keep getting them out of the blue. My doctor keeps just treating me for the 1 uti but not doing anything about th fact I always have them.

Ask your doctor to try not using antibiotics. Excessive use can cause them to keep coming back

Holding your urine in for long periods of time can cause this. Always try to release your urine in a timely matter. Also, try to drink more water and cranberry juice, keep your urine clean. Cranberry juice is good for UTI's. Do not use heavy/scented soaps when you clean your "area". This creates bacteria, hence the UTI's.

i'm sure that since you're a uti veteran, you may have heard all the things i'm about to say, but i'll still say them just in case:
always make sure you are wiping FRONT to BACK. wiping back to front transfers bacteria from your anus to your urethra, which causes utis.
also - one that i wish people had told me - staying hydrated is essential. drink lots of water.
talk to your doctor about your recurrent utis and the fact that you're getting them every month. if your doctor continues to do nothing to solve the problem, there's nothing wrong with getting a second opinion and going to other doctors about the issue.
hope this helps! good luck! i know first-hand how horrible these things can be.

Your doctor needs to investigate further.
Using wipes isn't going to help - nothing like soaps, washes, wipes, or sprays should be used down below - consider other contributing factors such as bubble baths, cheap toilet paper, tight or synthetic clothing, using daily pantiliners, using commercial pads on your period, not drinking enough, high sugar diet, not wiping correctly after the bathroom, etc. But if all the normal factors have been ruled out then your doctor needs to do more, if they're not then insist that they do - it's your health so you're in control.
