ø is a symbol that rapresents a rounded ay sound similar to the ''u'' in nurse while ü raprestents a rounded ee sound kinda like u in english but more one sound so it doesn't slide as in ''yoo'',so they would be all said differently ...looking over that though ''book nook'' looks best
