Can I re-sell things from the store?

If I were to say buy lots of chocolate from the store could I sell it or would I need to have a permit or something saying I have permission from the chocolate company

    You are going to pay retail. You'll have a hard time selling for more than retail and if you don't you make no profit. It's not like people don't know what chocolates cost.
