I was recently written up at work and my job threatened for sexual harassment, is this fair?

I'm known around the job as a dirty jokester. So much so that because people know I talk explicit, they joke explicitly back. Even my supervisor joke explicitly with me because he know I mean no harm, just playing around. Anyway, a female coworker (who I joke with all the time) was horsing around yesterday and sexual talk came about. She said that she bet I have a big dìck and I said, well you can find out tonight if you want. I told her that she can grab my dick at the base and stab her pussy with it. After I said that, she gasped a little then went to the supervisor office and told on me. I told my boss that we both were talking sexually and repeatedwhat she said but he said I was the one that's wrong. I was written up (which is a point and if anyone accumulate 6 points for anything, that's termination). He said he should contact HR and report a sexual harassment action against me. The stupid bìtch made it seem like I just blurted that out for no reason.

What is "joking" for you isn't always received as a joke for others. It may or may not be "fair" (it seems like you were both speaking inappropriately but maybe a little more from your side) but it doesn't really matter who is more at fault, when you play with fire you sometimes get burned. Leave the sexual innuendo out of the workplace and you will all get along better.

P.S. - Your final comment "the stupid ***** made it seem like..." tells me that it is more likely that you are out of line than her. Sounds like you are both in the wrong but two wrongs never make a right.

Haha this is hilarious and you think I'm the one up to no good? It's not a surprise that you got written up for sexual harassment. You are to blame because you are an asśhøle with no life. You are freaking hysterical. Of course it's fair you get everything coming your way. Karma is one son of a gun 🔫🔫🔫 WOO SHOTS FIRED!!!

Everyone has a line, and you crossed hers.

It's best to just keep your mouth shut about things like that. It doesn't matter at all if you do it all the time and have a history of it being acceptable at that job. Anyone at anytime can decide you are offending them, and you are guilty.

You are the stupid one, thinking that this sort of behaviour and dirty talk has any place in a modern workplace.

    "I'm known"

Keep your personal life at home. You're not paid to be a clown.

Nothing you describe is a "joke," it is just you making crude suggestions and not realizing this isn't normal behavior.

It may not be fair, but it is the reality we now live within.
