Anyone know how to backflip?
I have been trying for 2 days - no progress at all. Every time I try, I end up landing on my neck (see video to see in detail). I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've watched countless YouTube videos but still, its the same every time ;(. Please help me.

try learning it on a trampoline first, then get someone to support you when doing it on the floor. When you are confident enough to do it without support, use a mattress and do it one there. After that you should be able to do it on your own on the floor. That's how I learned! Unless you have a lot of gymnastic ability, you won't be able to learn it in two days. I've been doing gymnastics for three years and it took me two week to learn standing back tuck on floor. Just keep trying.

You need to time it right. You need to pull back sharper. Meaning you have to jump higher and pull yourself back. Front flips are much easier.
