Diarrhoea from anxiety?

I'm always very anxious. I have been more anxious lately and I had diarrhoea. I had one bout, then the next day a Normal poo, then diarrhoea again today?

    Yes, it is possible and does happen to some people.

    This sounds like IBS. Irritable bowel syndrome. Look it up
