Lately I have found myself saying this persons name I no longer have contact with, what does this mean?

It s only been a year or less since we ve last spoken. Nothing has went wrong we ve just grown apart and communication has fallen off. I ve been accidentally saying their name for the past few months. Maybe they re on my mind? I just don t know where this is coming from. They were a significant part of my life at one point, a part of me wants to regain that contact with them. Is this a sign that I should reopen that door? See how they are doing? Or could it just mean nothing at all and it s just a simple name slip up?
