Is this abuse when parents send their kids to North Korea?

North Korea is one of the countries in the entire world that is a not a tourist destination. North Korea's laws are crazy. Not many people want to go to North Korea because if you break any of their rules you'll get sent to hard labor prison camp get tortured. Some evil parents send their kids to North Korea. I don't think anybody sends their minor children to North Korea. It isn't that easy to do.

Otto was 21 when he travelled to North Korea.

He was not a kid, he was an adult, I can only assume you have no adult children if you think you can stop them when they reach maturity from doing anything they have decided to do.

Blaming his parents is a hateful thing to do.

They didn't send him to North Korea he went on a vacation to China then booked a ride to North Korea via a North Korean travel agency. Is it abuse when parents take their children to the gay rights parade for an orgy of masturbation crossdressing, penis protruding out the thong and mini skirt hes wearing?
