Actually, you phone is smaller, because it used a different type of cooling called passive cooling. This allows a phone to be much smaller. Also their are less and different components needed in a phone (better microphone in phone rather than computer). They may be similar in many ways, but also different in many ways).

Computers were invented WAY before phones did. So I'd say it's the opposite. Phones are like a smaller computer lol
