How come I can't answer questions on here but I can ask a question ? (This has been happening for 3 days now )?

Ahh, I just posted this question, and yours is the first question I could answer.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again. You also will not be able to if you have reached your daily limit or if you try to put a percentage sign in your posts.
