Help how do I request a new county worker without bring rude ?

I am on SNAP right now and get EBT cash due to being low income . At the time of me re doing my app I was working full time so my ebt [ snap ] ended up getting to only 6.00 . I tried contacting her and she said even if I do move [ which I am on the 31st of July ] they can't change my amount for food until next year, since I did my case renewal in Feb. Who can I talk to about getting a different worker ? Please & no rude comments.

I'm sorry that you're having financial difficulties but getting a new worker isn't going to change the amount of money you can receive. Your new case worker (if you do get one) is going to tell you the same thing your current one told you...that s/he can't do anything until next year.

All you can do is ask, and ultimately it will be up to them whether they provide a different worker or not. If they decline, accept it and don't make a fuss.

You qualify for the aid you qualify for. The case workers don't make this up as they go. They take the number of people in your household and the amount you earn and enter them in the system and that is the amount of your benefits.

    Run for governor.

    Win.

Reappoint the director of welfare services.

    Have them reassign the worker.

In the alternative, if you are in a state with a county based system, run for whatever the county executive is, then repeat steps 2-4.

First when you post on here you have no right to dictate what sort of comments you get, if all you want are warm and fuzzy "oh that is so sad" smarmy stuff you should go to your face book page and cry there.

Feb is still this year-what part of "until next year" you do not understand"

You are not going to be assigned a different case worker because you want more money, doesn't work that way. Here is a suggestion-work 2 jobs
