My doctor prescribed me Tramadol for pain?

My doctor prescribed me Tramadol for pain in November and I'm scared I am addicted to it. If I stop it completely will I get withdrawal symptoms? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    If the pain is chronic and you are still taking the same amount as when you started, I am not sure why you are worried.
