Comparisons between some Toyota and Mercedes-Benz car ranges.?

Very few people would choose a Toyota over a Mercedes without price limitation. As to weather there is a direct comparison with any particular Mercedes model and a 'Yaris' is probably doubtful. As suggested I guess a 'Smart' (The 4 four is a full 4 seater) would be the nearest.

Incidentaly, anyone making sweeping statements like "Mercedes are unreliable and not trustworthy"......Know nothing about Mercedes !

Mercedes is no rival to Toyota. Toyota sells more Camrys than Mercedes sells total vehicles in the US. Toyota is also far more reliable and far less expensive to maintain. According to Consumer Report a 1 year old mercedes with 15000 miles will have more problems than a 7 year old Toyota with 105,000 miles. Mercedes are a good car for an uneducated consumer that thinks the name on the car gives them a higher status figure.

There really is no direct Mercedes competitor to the Yaris.

The closest would be the A-Class ( not sold in North America ) in terms of size but in terms of features and pricing, they are nowhere close to each other.

The Smart would be best compared to the iQ but Toyota/Scion no lo longer sells that vehicle

Hi so where does this stupid comparison come from i wonder. some stupid kid no less with no knowledge of cars. sure way back mercedes where the best cars ever. Now just like ordinary cars. However they have become unreliable and not as trust worthy.

Unlike Toyota cars which have to be the best ever when it comes to being reliable.

so as Mercedes G wagon is still the best utility off road car ever. even a Toyota a Amazon is no match for it. so time to get your head around things kid there is simply no comparison for the YARIS or AYGO in a Mercedes range the SMART is a Mercedes product and it has problems.

Mercedes makes the Smart, which could be a rival to the Yaris, although the Yaris has more than two seats.
