Mobile Insurance on 02?

Hi,

I recently cracked my phone screen. I was thinking if i insure it with my Carrier, how long is it until i can make a claim?

    Once they accept the policy, you can make a claim. However, they are gonna want to see the undamaged phone first.

    You can't insure it after it is damaged and think they are going to pay for it.

    Generally speaking, you have a month or so after purchasing the phone to purchase insurance.
