The fact of the matter, it means that you are of this world, and your father is Satan the father of lies, and only if God has mercy on some and saves some out of the kingdom of Satan and puts them into the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ, then they will be at peace with God, because everyone that is carnality minded, is at war with God, that is why they mock and scoff at God word the Bible only, because they are in a different kingdom, the kingdom of Satan, and Satan is the enemy of God, and Satan is at war with God, only if the Lord Jesus Christ has mercy on some and saves them out of the kingdom of Satan and puts them into the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ, then and only then will they be at peace with God, No exceptions.

The very same thing that it means outside of the Bible.
The Bible does not provide any special definition for the word "carnality" (likewise for almost all other words used in the Bible).
Indeed: I don't know any Bible translation in which the word "carnality" appears, though I suppose it might appear in a few.

Carnal means literally means 'relating to the body'. It comes from the Latin word 'carnem', which means 'flesh'. Usually 'carnality' would refer to something sexual.
