22nd birthday ideas!?
Ever since around 13 I stopped celebrating my birthday for an unknown reason, probably psychological.
Long story short - turning 22 and I wanna make this a good one, toss out ideas for places, foods, and celebrations!
Thanks in advance!

You should go to your favorite restaraunt with family and friends, and bring a cake and presents there; and then afterwards take just your friends out clubbing. Things you can do while clubbing are, going dancing, doing karaoke and watching strippers if you're into that sort of thing. Or, you can all go bowling or see a movie instead if you'd rather not go to a bar. Or, if you can afford it go on vacation for your birthday. Those are all fun ideas. I hope that helps.

How about an outdoor party? perhaps at a park / public gardens. You could have a pot luck picnic asking your guests to bring outdoor food items. Play ball games, frizbee e.t.c. Maybe one of your friends/guests has a guitar? and bongos for a dance/singsong. Have Fun!.

Whatever. Just do something you know or believe that you'll enjoy. Soon enough birthdays will lose their importance again. Enjoy it while you can.
Explore a new place. Take a hike. Get a new book. Go to a museum. See a movie. Try a new food. Try a new/different restaurant. See a play or a movie. Ask someone or a friend on a "date". It doesn't have to involve courtship of any type. Take up a hobby. Take a class for education/fun. Volunteer in the community. Volunteering can be rewarding. Donate some blood. Have a costume party. Have a contest for best or most unique costume. They used to have dances for some celebrations/birthdays.
It's your "party". Enjoy. Next time don't wait for a birthday to have some fun. Again...soon enough you won't care or bother with birthdays. It'll be just another day at work.
