Massachusetts Vape Laws?

I'm trying to find out whether or not it is illegal to vape inside at a public place, like a Walmart. From what I found there are no state laws prohibiting the use of a vape inside.

Maybe someone with some experience could give me a definitive answer on this? Does it also depend what Town/City your in as well? Maybe their laws won't reflect state laws?

There are no laws addressing that subject.

This ISN'T a matter of law it is entirely up to the private property owner.

There are no state laws against using "wheelie" shoes or jumping rope in a store either but they can still ban you from their property for just about any reason (those included). My guess is they won't want you vaping in their store because they are a family establishment and they don't want to hear complaints from other customers with children who see you "smoking".

NOTE: If they ask you to leave or ban you take it seriously because it can get you arrested for trespassing and the cops are going to side with the store every time.

Vaping laws fall under tobacco laws. If you can't smoke, you can't vape.
