adobe what? adobe flash player? what adobe product?
Only flash player asks to close, not disable, a browser while it is installing. Other adobe products would never ask to disable a browser. But if you insist, uninstalling chrome would be your option, dont worry you wont lose anything if you choose not to, then just reinstall it later on
