We want the government to make sure that everyone, including the poor, do not have to pay a fortune to get medical treatment

Well, I certainly don't want insurance companies to charge me huge monthly premiums with high deductibles and then not covering pre-existing conditions or saying they will only pay a portion of a bill or telling me I need to get an okay from insurance before I can have a procedure done.

Government is not in my healthcare, and I am on Medicare. What no one wants is an insurance company telling you what medical care you can have. Medicare does not deny care, only private insurers deny care.

I'd rather have government involved in my healthcare than money making greedy insurance companies.

Guess where congress gets their healthcare from? Or better yet why don't you ask people at the VA where they get their health insurance from and ask them if they'd rather swap theirs for yours.
They'd laugh in your face because they don't want private insurers telling their doctors what they can and can not have. whereas you better pray you don't get fired or you lose everything.
You are mistaken and don't know what you are talking about. you shouldn't just agree with republicans because they say something. Most of the time they are just playing politics and you just got played.
