before me & now my ex boyfriend started going out in november we both just got out of a long term relationship. he was with his ex for 4 yrs and i was with my ex for 7 yrs. he is 23 and im 22... we decided to go out because we both had a strong connection. when we started going out for the first 4 months everything was perfect. he wrote 2 songs about me and put it on his mixtape for rapping. i also wrote him a song and he put it on his mixtape. He met my family and came to my family events. my family loved him. i also met his family. he always took me out to dinner and to fun events. he also introduced me to his friends. he told me that he loved me. he always came to my house to see me and buy me gifts all the time. now like 2 months ago he told me that he like me as a friend and someday someone is going to appreciate me but he said we can be friends. he said im a sweet girl and have a good head on my shoulders. he said he don't mean to hurt me and he cares for me. i started crying and he gave me a hug ad wiped my tears and gave me a kiss on the cheek. he said he is not ready for commitment. I told him i loved him and he shouldn't give up on our relationship too soon. he told me that he's not dating anyone right now. but he still likes and comments on my social media pics why.
