/etc/rc.d/rc.local Can nt find any file named rc.d , just found rc0.d to rc5.d i think?

I am trying to install Parrarel pci on linuxCNC i will provide picture of the steps , and i already did the first one and i cant do the sec one , help me i am super noob

    Which Linux distro are you using, and where did you get the list of steps?

    Are you working as root ?? It's likely hidden from normal users.

    [eg. do "su root" and put in the root password when prompted, then use "exit" to get back to your own account].
