Is there some nice areas in Cebu City?

Update:

I am not talking of museums, bars, restaurants.... I am talking of city parks, nice buildings, trails for walking ... Even with Google Earth, I find so much less than Manila to walk around.

Should I take a ferry from Cebu City to a more exotic area? I will be 2 days in Mactan Island.

    Best answer but I bet that some Philipinos would had a least something more to say such take a regional bus and go to ... or ... there are many great :"plazas".
