    Shame thrives in secrecy,silence and judgement!First in the beginning find someone who you can share your shame stories with,it will help you start building your sharing muscle,it will show you that just because you make a mistake doesn't mean you are a bad/unloveable/unworthy person it's just means you made a mistake!as soon as you gather courage and start talking you will see that you are not alone,we all feel shameful sometimes,nothing is more comforting than knowing that you are not alone!

    So my advice to you is don't try to hide it,don't be hard on yourself(you are only human)and speak up(shame will jate you for it and slowly disappear)Good luck and remember you are a beautiful person!
