So I got hit but they have a witness saying I hit them?
I was in the middle lane. After shortly merging from the left. I had room to move over but the car behind me sped up. She was driVing like a bat out of hell. She sped past me also in the middle lane WITH me then jeered left hitting my front side pass doorwith her back side drivers side door door. She has almost NO damage I have pretty deep dents on my door and tire and scratches from her paint that are backwards showing she was going faster than me. Even with her witness will I win? I definitely did not hit her. I tried to evade her. She was just going too fast. I had a passenger with me

In other words, you changed lanes into her and are trying to evade responsibility with a muddled story that nobody can make sense of.

Unfortunately an independent witness will likely help them even if you were in the right. Your passenger can act as a witness but they will likely carry no weight if they are a friend or relative. Most insurance companies will judge this type of accident 50/50 so they can collect two deductibles on the claims.
