If I quit my job, started a new job, and got my hours cut to nothing at the new job within three weeks, can I get unemployment?
I am worried I won't get unemployment because my unemployment would be based on my previous job I had for four years. I quit that job. I started a new job and within three weeks the manager had taken me off the schedule, saying I was bad at my job. I filed for unemployment but am very worried I won't get it because they'll base it on the last job, that I quit.
Someone tell me what my chances are. I'm scared.

You didn't quit your latest job, a job you had before doesn't count. Why would they base it on an old job?

You don't get Unemployment Benefit if you "quit", only if you get Laid Off through no fault of your own...
