It can, you don't have to launder cryptocurrency, you can just spend it on other items. And since it's secure and cannot be counterfeited, it's ideal for black market deals.
But mining cryptocurrency has nothing to do with how people spend it, so MINING cryptocurrency does not support the black market.

Cryptocurrency in any form is designed for black market; it is made in a way that you cant get your money back once you spend it.
And i stay far clear of it.
