find out why they wont let you keep it.

If they think you are irresponsible and the python will die, do more chores around the house show them how well you cared for your bearded dragon. make a plan on how you will care for the python and present facts about the python to your parents.

If they are scared of pythons, show them facts, like how ball pythons are small and won't hurt them because they are more scared of us than we are of them. Reassure them that the cage or tank the python is put in is secure and escape proof. If you are planning on buying from a breeder, take them with you to see the pythons even if your not going to buy any that day. It will help relive their fear of pythons when they hold one and see how cute they are.

If they are worried you wont keep your promise of paying for supplies and food, show them a plan of what your going to buy, how much it will cost, and show that you have the money required to buy all these things. If they still don't trust you tell them you'll give them the money beforehand proving that you are willing to pay for the python.

If they refuse to even meet a breeder and see a python, then try to beg a little each day, but not TOO much that they will be mad at you for doing so.

Keep in mind that they might have a serious phobia of snakes because of something in their past or just how they were raised. If everything fails it might be a good idea to give up or go for a smaller animal.

By the way keeping a ball python requires a BIG cages/tanks, and will require a lot of work to keep healthy
