No; it's not possible - not unless you got pregnant during the month after you had your second period. If you did, you wouldn't be 3 months pregnant; you would be, at most, less than one month pregnant.
A woman does NOT have a menstrual period after she becomes pregnant.

Have you bothered taking a test though, since you can't be bothered to trust the fact that a period means not pregnant?

It's possible, but highly unusual, to be several months into a pregnancy without realizing.
No you cannot have menstrual periods during a pregnancy. Shedding of the endometrium and egg would end any pregnancy, before you could even figure out that the egg was indeed fertilized. If you have missed a period, you are no more than a few weeks along, depending on when you ovulated. You are not several months along.
