Really Razor burn/ zits/ ingrown hair bikini area?

I shaved really rast (so stupid of me) and i went to my boyfriend's house and had sex. I think the friction of both caused this. They are painful to move because some are growing back while some are stuck in the skin.

Again i was stupid and tried to get them out with my exfoliating puff but i they didnt come out so i started doing in really hard, and some look like they have "opened" (they werent really anything closed, idk) and now the skin around them is white dead skin rings and it looks like i have an std or something. Almost every hair follicle is like that, or ingrown, or in a zit. I have been checked, and so has my bf, so im almost positive it cant be an std and i have had this happen with shaving fast but it was never this severe.

It is really unpleasing to look at and painful, does anyone have tips to get rid of these fast?

Thanks in advanced

If you have not shaved your bikini area a lot you will get razor burns, zits, and ingrown hairs. This is an area that is not used to getting shaved. It will take some time for the bikini area to get used to being shaved. When you shave any part of your body fast you will irritant the skin. You will need to stop shaving and wash your bikini area with moisturizing soap, dry area off and put some moisturizing lotion on the area. When you wash your bikini area do not get any moisturizing soap or moisturizing lotion inside your vagina. It will sting.Keep the area clean, let the hairs grow back,(When the hairs grow back it may be itchey.) and then just keep your pubic hair trimmed. It's important to have pubic hair because God put it on bodies for health reasons.I hope this is helpful.Thank you,Russell
