Should developers stop implementing vote kick systems in online games?

In my opinion they should. It gives trolls and terrible people too much power. I know from experience by playing games like rainbow six siege. The game is amazing. The community on the other hand is terrible. Games like COD don't have a vote kick system and for me that's a good thing. Because there were many times where I would come across bad players who were being a holes but I didn't have to worry about them kicking me. Plus i still had a mute option. But what do you think?

I agree, the main thing stopping me from loving Rainbow Six is the community, which is just pure toxic. Either they vote kick you, or they shoot you at the start of the round. There needs to be some kind of punishment for those kinds of people who are just there to ruin others enjoyment
