If you feel that it is a valid threat than show the police the texts or record him going forward. Definitely do NOT have sex with him or give him any reason to get more hostile.
Talk with a police officer and find out your options perhaps a cop could go talk to him and scare him straight. If you feel comfortable talk to your parents but please be safe!
