my dealing with a mentally unstable person was a bit different, she was already confined to a mental hospital but she had phone and mail rights. She used her phone rights to contact the police dept about myself and 2 minor children were living with her boyfriend (Not true) she was basically lost her rights to the phone. My advice is continue to have the video up and call the police if she does it again, they are better equiped to handle the situation.
