    To bring oneself into communion with the Lord we are to pray the Lord's prayer; Matthew 6:5-15; Luke 11:1-13.

    Once the above is performed we can then speak with God via prayers or simple words.

    Conclude your prayers by asking the Lord for the protection of the angels and the guidance of the saints upon this earthly challenging life.
