How would you describe a millenials work ethic. And what does their future look like?

I'm a millennial and I'm hard worker. I know what you mean though. Most complain all the time and put more effort into avoiding work than the actual work. Most bounce from job to job and feel entitled to a paycheck. I'd describe it arrogance. The future I think will be full of eye opening experiences and lessons for them, if they're learned at all. This will just put them further behind. The millennials major problem is their addiction to pleasure and the here and now instant gratification. The future they think they can push off and deal with it later, they think they'll never get old.
