The word "convection".
A convection oven is just like a regular oven. The main difference is that a convection oven has a fan that circulates the hot air in the oven, which causes the food in the oven to be cooked more quickly.

Cooking by convection requires a lower temperature and less time to roast, say, a chicken. A convection oven circulates heat with a fan, I do believe. I have an electric JennAir range with a normal oven that has a convection feature.
