Is a medicare care automatically sent when you turn 65?
Update: Medicate part A. Apparently, everyone should receive a medicare card part A automatically when they turn 65. I never received mine. After contacting Social Security to have a replacement sent I find that apparently I don't exist! I'm stuck!

Once you file for SS you automatically get Medicare Part A and Part B.
UNLESS you request it that you don't want it.
Anyone who file for SS or SSDI will get one in a timely matter.
If you are sure they don't have you listed then you need to bring in all your SS information to prove it to them.
Go to you local SS office.

when you turn 65 you are automatically signed up for basic Medicare, you have the choice to opt out but there are penalties that will apply in the future if you choose to eventually join
you have options to select additional coverage at additional cost but you are basically signed up for doctors and hospital when you turn 65

No. It is not automatic. You are supposed to contact them 3 months before you turn 65 to start the process of enrolling.

No. You need to get involved in the "process" at least 6+ months before you turn 65.
There are MANY decisions / supplemental stuff to decide/select.

na, you're gonna have to rely on home remedy from now on with that fat nazi trump as president. Just pour some Robitussin on whatever illness or injury you have.
