How long is the Tapas test good for?

Just out of curiosity.

    Like TomB mentioned, the tapas should not be left out too long. They tend to get spoiled after a few hours, if left out in hot & humid weather.

    Depends on the time of year...during the Summer it always seemed like they would leave the tapas out too long in Rota so you sometimes took a chance eating them if you didn't catch the beginning of happy hour while they were still fresh.
