Not easily but it can be done.

So, you would move elsewhere to further burden the woman that loves and takes care of your child... you'd deny YOUR CHILD support, and the opportunity to know you, to bond with you... your own child? Wait a minute... what kind of a human being are you that you would punish the mother of your child, AND YOUR CHILD who has no fault in whatever problems you and his mom had and you'd deny your child basic necessities, possibly good nourishing meals, a good home environment, dent clothes and footwear, a good winter coat, a good education... is that what your father did to YOU? You are a terrible representative of manhood and fatherhood. Hold your breath and die, lowlife; it's YOUR responsibility (why didn't you wear a condom, stupid?) and if YOU don't meet your responsibility, then it is up to US taxpayers to pay for your cheap, stingy butt, and there are far too many irresponsible, uncaring bassturds like you already.

If you move all your funds, Money, outside the Country you live in. Then leave. As she can attach any money you have in your Country. This is a bit tricky to do. Also you need pay your taxs on all. Then if a U.S. citizen you would still need to pay your income taxs on all money you use every year. Then it is very hard to do. Unless you return to your Country or a posesion of it. The hard part is opening a bank account in a other Country if you are a U.S. citizen. Most Countries will not allow this. Do to U.S. regulations. America in truth is the hardest Country in the world to leave if a citizen. But once your Tax's to the Government is paid. You trassfer the funds outside the U.S. You are all set. Do not return to the U.S. She can put a want out on you there. But most civillized Countries just laugh at that.

    You bet she does.

Just because you move to another country doesn't mean that child support payments won't stop accumulating.

They will be in arrears and you can never go back to the country you left without probably getting arrested.

And even if you start your life anew, she can get the money out of your estate after you die.

And why on earth would any MAN want to run out on his own flesh and blood?

Several countries have treaties with the US to help enforce child support. Many more don't. It will pretty much depend on the countries involved.

He was not presumably forced to impregnate her, so he is not being forced to pay child support. He OWES the child money to support the child's life.

Yes, there are ways the courts can collect money from deadbeat dads. He needs to just pay up and stop this ridiculous con mentality.

Yes but only within the U.S. even if he moved the child support amount would still be due.
