Y&R anyone know airdate Michael Muhney returns as Adam Newman?

No news on him yet, there are rumors flying around about it tho, there was a section on the coming nd going with a spoiler website that a guy from General Hospital (Matt his name I think) was interview for the part but not sure if he got it yet, they are being "MUM" about it.

Maybe we will see him around Halloween? lol but it would be nice to see MM come back we all love him since he is the only one who can play him!

I think if they ever bring Adam back, it will not be either Michael Muhney or Justin Hartley. It will be a recast actor

As far as I am concerned, there is only one person who can play Adam Newman really well, and that is Michael Muhney.. Every other guy is second fiddle, and that is why they are having such a hard time casting his character. They know "nobody does it better" then MM. LOL

It really looked like it was going to happen, until the cast found out. Led by veteran Doug Davidson, the cast felt betrayed by the move. Everyone had moved on from the difficult time, so for this to be happening was shocking. The cast said IF Muhney was re-hired, they would essentially boycott and not film ..... Apparently only one actress was in support of Michael coming back to the show. Sharon Case, who portrays Sharon Newman, really wanted to see her former co-star come back to the Y&R canvas .... SAD that BOOBSIE has gone on with her career AND MM DID NOT pursue the allegations ...... Sharon was truly looking forward to working with Michael again. She didn’t like the storyline of her character, and thought Muhney would spice up her scenes once again. She is very isolated from the rest of the cast because she firmly stands in Michael’s corner.

Michael said .... he just got and official call .... although things got close he is NOT returning to Y&R he said that part of my life is over, he's moving on.

I have not heard anything about his return to the show. It would be sweet if he came back.
