I need a new passport and my appointment is Monday at 9.30am.?

Update:

In the last few weeks, I got all the paperwork needed ready and all needed was a photo. Two days ago, I had a toothache that turned into an abscess. My face has swollen badly on the left side but I had no choice but to go today for the photos. They do not really look like me. As I am now taking antibiotics, I should be find by Monday but will my application be rejected? Please, advice me

I doubt that your photo will be rejected. However, you can take your own photo. When you have the one from today - tomorrow, or first thing Monday morning, get someone to take another one of you looking exactly the same as that one (assuming your swelling has gone down). Print it out the right size - you can buy photographic paper at stationers.

Double check what you need as I know in the UK, you have to submit a chest to head shot - not just a head shot. I recently renewed my passport and the photo was rejected because it was just my head. I was given small photos. I got it retaken and the photo shop sent me a digital copy for me to send online.
