    Weights for a man, Cardio for a woman.

    Though, she could benefit from squats, get that ***

    if you just want to live a healthy life style then cardio and calisthenics is better. If you want to be a body builder then weights and a little cardio.

    You need a combination of both. Weights are better for weight loss though I think
