Could my blood stop aging?
OK not my blood for everyone and not stop aging but because old age is from the telomeres being worn down and the actual gene being worn down next by splitting and ripping off the ends could I draw blood now and inject it into myself when I get old and Grey to slow aging by introducing new genes that aren t worn from decades of splitting or would taking the blood from my body and making my genes split even more to replace the blood and therefore be worn down more negate the effects

It would have no real effect either way. A transfusion cannot repair DNA in other cells.
The best "anti aging" method is to make sure you always have a diet that has no vitamin or mineral deficiencies at all, ever..
That maximises the life of all cells so minimising aging effects.
One of The World Health Organisation books is about non-infectious diseases - basically symptoms of old age - caused by poor diets in many people.
And note that a "good diet" is virtually impossible for many people. If you "drive a desk" so need few calories, you cannot get everything you need without over-eating.
A "100% of everything" multivitamin and mineral supplement every day is the only way to get an adequate vitamin intake.
[The average food intake for an office worker is now less than WWII rationing levels].
Practical experience:
I saw an article in a science magazine as a teenager, about multivitamins slowing aging effects.
I've taken a small multivitamin every day since.
Well over 40 years on, I have all my teeth (one filling, ever), I'm physically fit with good blood pressure, no medications and a resting pulse in the low 50s, the type of thing many athletes try for - without ever doing any exercises.
Most people take me for 10-20 years younger than I actually am.
It definitely seems to work!
