How do I get this guy to back off my girlfriend at work?
My girlfriend has recently got a new job, at this workplace there is this guy who keeps bugging her and flirting with her. She has told him many times to stop and **** off. This guy constantly harasses all the girls at the workplace and management tells him to stop but in reality don't care. Now its really starting to bother me because he touches her and squeezes her side really fast, and last time she worked he even undid her bra from under her shirt... Now if I could walk in there and beat the living **** out of him I would, the problem is I am 18 now and I would rather not go to prison for assaulting him. He wont accept my IG request so I have no way of contacting because I am working full time right now 1-10 so I can't exactly walk over there because I don't know his schedule.
Anyway I am just curious how I should deal with this, I could go to the store and drag him out and throw him off the second floor in the mall(he is a bit taller than me but very skinner, all I need to go is get my arm around his neck and he is fked). this though would link back to being sued or murder. I have also thought of getting my gf to sue him for sexual harassment, but we don't have money for that.
I know she can just quit with is what most of you are going to say, but this isn't just for now but for the future, its my first girlfriend and we have been together for 8 months, I just idk. It really trigger me when she said he undid her bra, it makes me just want to kill him. is that bad>?

NEVER EVER EVER EVER as a man get yourself involved with a womans WORKPLACE.
I am shouting that because it is VITAL you understand. (And it might just keep you out of jail and her off welfare)
She needs to be spoken to by YOU. You need to give her the ability to nail this guy to the desk, and have his *** so fired he can never get another job.
YOU as a man HAVE AT TIMES GOT TO PROTECT WHAT IS YOURS.
That does not mean run in like rambo and get yourself beaten down and look like an idiot in jail.
Get her a hidden camera, find out who the boss of bosses is, and edit the video and send it to them ANONYMOUSLY of his actions with a note: Either in the next 28 days, you fix this, or we publish it on your website for the world to judge.
Watch how quick he gets fired. And with evidence, and being totally anon, no one will sack your gf. Just make sure the voice over you put on is NOT YOU. NOT her, and make sure the video you use is NOT obvious who filmed it.

Listen, jump his ***... okay maybe if you don't want to do that then call the cops and have them help deal with this, this is pretty illegal in so many ways and countries.
