i can only assume you mean poo. dont hold it in for too long because your poo is waste that your body is trying to get rid of... so if your body is trying to get rid of it, then you should get rid of it. what can actually end up happening is if you hold in your poo for too long, it can leak out of your intestines and into you body which can poison you and potentially kill you. that is worst case scenario.
