The plug on the electrical cord? It's probably molded on. It's not meant to be removed. You need to cut it off. Then you get a new plug with screws. Make sure that you connect the wires to the plug properly.
Green wire to round prong, green screw.
Black wire to narrow prong, gold screw.
White wire to wide prong, silver screw.
Let me guess, you are running the cord through a small hole in the wall and plugging in on the other side of the wall?
Good luck.

Chop it off and throw it away. You have to get a replacement one with screws which you can get from any hardware store.

What sort of plug? Electrical plug? Drain plug? Air plug? Many drain plugs are held in with plastic snap-rings or simply press-fit into the hole. An electrical plug should not be removed by anyone other than a licensed electrician who can explain why it's illegal and a violation of code if you were to do it incorrectly or for a prohibited purpose.

If it's a moulded plug - then the only way to remove it is by cutting the cable. Obviously you'd need to replace it with a new plug.
