Yamaha Vstar 1300 burble sound as I set off?
Starts perfect, runs flawless, but a strange sound.
Start the bike, turn it around wife gets on the back, roll down the small drive and just before I set off...the engine makes a gurgle sound like a plunger in a toilet?
Its the only time it happens... What could it be?

Maybe your wifes stomach? Okay, maybe not.
If the engine is still cold it could be the fuel injection system has to burp a little to pick up the pace.
